Good value, minor snag

I grabbed the Paymattic Pro license during a promotional event. Setting up the multi-step forms was surprisingly easy, and the integration with PayPal for WordPress worked without a hitch. I liked the custom form fields and the email notifications feature. The payment reports are pretty detailed, which is great for tracking. The only small issue I had was with the initial setup instructions; they were a little brief, and I had to poke around a bit to figure out the conditional logic for my specific use case. It wasn't a deal-breaker, just a minor hiccup. Overall, I'm satisfied with the functionality for the price I paid, and it definitely improved my site's payment processing.

Solid plugin for payments

I bought the Paymattic Pro plugin to handle donations on my non-profit site. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I received the download link and license key almost immediately after purchase. Installation was standard for a WordPress plugin, and it integrated smoothly with Stripe, which was crucial for us. I also set up a donation progress bar, which was a nice touch. I had a small question about the currency switcher feature, and their support got back to me within a few hours with a clear answer. Data export works as expected for our accounting. Overall, it's a well-built tool.

Great value on the lifetime deal

I was looking for a good payment solution for my small business website and found Paymattic. I managed to get a lifetime deal during their Black Friday sale, which was a huge saving compared to annual subscriptions of other plugins. It supports Square for WordPress, which is what I needed. The ability to create custom forms and manage inventory was a big plus for the price. It felt like a really good investment, especially considering it's a one-time payment for future updates. Definitely worth the money.

Got the job done

I needed a plugin for my client's site to take donations and heard about Paymattic. I ended up getting the Pro version. Installing it was pretty straightforward, just like any other plugin. I set up a donation form with a progress bar and it worked out great. The client was happy with it, and it saved me a bunch of time. No weird surprises, which is always good.

Is Paymattic compatible with Elementor? I use it for all my page building and really don't want to switch.

Yep, works fine with Elementor. No issues there.

I've got it running on a site built with Elementor. The forms embed without a hitch. I think it also plays nice with Gutenberg if you use that sometimes too.

Does anyone know if Paymattic is good for just donations? Like, better than GiveWP or Charitable?

R Ryan 2 months ago
I've used it for a small non-profit site and it's super easy to set up donation forms. The progress bar feature is pretty neat too. Haven't tried GiveWP though.

It's definitely an option. I'd say for pure donation focus, GiveWP might have more niche features, but Paymattic is good if you also need general payment forms and want one plugin for everything.

How's the refund policy with Paymattic? Just in case it doesn't work out for my project.

S Sam 2 months ago
I think they have a pretty standard money-back guarantee. Worth checking their site, but I remember it being straightforward when I looked into it.

They do offer refunds. I had to cancel a subscription once, and it was pretty painless. Just make sure to read the terms on their site for how long you have.

I'm looking at using Paymattic for recurring payments. How reliable is that feature? Any specific gateways better for it?

G Gwen 2 months ago
Recurring payments work solid with Stripe, that's what I use. Never had a problem. PayPal should be good too, afaik.

Yeah, it does recurring payments. I set it up for a client's membership site and it's been pretty stable. Stripe and PayPal are usually the go-to's for that kind of thing, but they support several others.
